上旬：the first ten days，简写（early）
中旬：the middle ten days ，简写（mid）
下旬：the last ten days。简写（late）
几月的上中下旬，用简写+月份名称表示，如：
early in February二月上旬；
in mid-February二月中旬；
late in February二月下旬.
