"豆腐100克","鲜贝10个","番茄1个","青椒1根","姜20克","小葱末5克","蚝油1茶匙","砂糖1茶匙","胡椒粉适量"
做法

1:番茄洗净切块,青椒去籽切块,豆腐切块,姜去皮切片;

2:热油锅爆香姜片,下鲜贝、豆腐翻炒至微金黄色,盛出备用;

3:同一个锅,加入番茄翻炒至番茄软粘;
