主句中，主语是I/We，谓语动词是think、suppose、guess，believe等，从句中的否定习惯上要转移到主句中，这就是否定转移。
一、在think, believe, suppose, expect等动词后的宾语从句中，有时会将从句的否定词转移到主句，也就是说，将主句谓语动词think, believe, suppose, expect等变成否定形式，这就是否定转移（翻译的时候还是否定从句）。
I don't think you are right. 我认为你不对。
I don't believe he can finish his homework before nine. 我觉得他在九点之前完不成作业。
I didn't suppose he would succeed. 我认为他不会成功。
二、在think, believe, suppose, expect等动词以及I'm afraid等表达后面，可用so或not代替上文中的宾语从句。
--- Do you think the weather will be fine tomorrow? 你认为明天天气会放晴吗？ --- I think so. 我认为会的。
--- Are we late? 我们迟到了吗？ --- I'm afraid so. 恐怕是的。
--- Do you think he will come? 你认为他会来吗？ --- No, I don't think so. / No, I think not. 我想不会。
I don't think / believe / suppose / expect so.这种结构不用于动词guess和hope，这两个词只能写成 I guess / hope not
