there既可在句子中作状语，也可做宾语，既可做副词，也可做感叹词和名词。
over there是副词短语，只能在句子中作状语。例句：
There are various flowers in the garden.

We'll go there tomorrow.

There goes the bell!
铃声响了！
My school is over there.
我的学校在那边。
over there 指较远处。there也是那边，但相对较近。类似的短语还有come over顺便来访，肯定是要走一段距离才能来。
