1、所用的时态不同
has用于一般现在时，还有就是说明一般的普遍或者经常性的情况。
例句：She has become a lot more tolerant and communicative. 她变得宽容多了，也爱说话了。
had则用在一般过去时，过去完成时。
例句：He had an operation last year to widen a heart artery. 去年他接受了一个扩张心脏动脉的手术。
2、所在句子的主语人称不同
has只在单数第三人称（he，she，it）或者主语是单个物体时使用。
例句：Beauty is an attitude. It has nothing to do with age. 美是一种态度，与年龄无关。
had的使用范围比较广泛，在过去时中,任意人称都是had。
例句：I had a coke in the mini-bar. 我拿了一瓶小吧柜中的可乐。
