cost作为花费前面一定要用it或them吗（cost前面为什么不能用they）

cost 作为花费是动词，通常在句中做谓语，那么前面就要有主语。

但主语不一定是it，但一定是物品。句型通常是 sth. cost sb. some money/some time 比如： It costs me ten yuan. The book costs me 1 yuan.
