1、一般的，and连接的两个主语时，如果后面选择be的形式则用are，如果是普通动词，则用动词原形。如
①Tom and jack are boys.
②Tom and Sarah go to school every day.
2、there be 句型是一种特殊的倒装句，主语在be后面。这时be用is还是are要根据其后面的的名词来决定，如果靠近be的是单数或者不可数名词时，be则选择is。如
①There is a boy and a girl in the room.
② There is some rice and some bread on the plate.
如果靠近be动词的是名词复数，be则选择are。如
There are some dogs and some pigs in the garden.
选A.HAVE. 主语是一个以上的人或物,用复数形式.
