
材料: 鹅掌10只,干莲子小半碗,黄芪 3-5 片 做法:
1、莲子提前三小时泡发;
2、鹅掌清理干净后斩大块,下油锅爆出油捞出滤油;
3、鹅掌放入砂煲,加开水淹过鹅掌多两碗水,大火烧滚 10 分钟;
4、加入莲子、黄芪一起转小火煲两小时,调盐味即可。
