可能是软件的兼容问题或是删除了系统文件，建议：

1、重置试一试，在关机状态下按住电源键+音量上键进入recovery模式，选择wipe date/factory reset清除数据并恢复出厂设置，和wipe cache partition清除缓存数据，都点击了确定之后，再选择reboot system now重启系统。

2、如果root过的机器，需要下官方线刷包，刷回官方ROM
